Study On The Benefit Links Between Cotton Processing Enterprises And Cotton Farmers In Xinjiang

From 2014 to 2016,the pilot project of cotton price reform in Xinjiang was highly effective.The whole industry chain of cotton,including production,processing,circulation and textile,has been significant development.It has also provided experience for the reform of Xinjiang agricultural Supply-side structure.Industrial management is the inevitable choice for the development of cotton industry in Xinjiang,the market players to form one interest bonding mechanism that "benefit-sharing,risk-sharing" and long-term stability,Xinjiang cotton industry to achieve the desired goal of the fundamental guarantee,However,in reality,Enterprises and cotton farmers are not closely related to the relationship,the contract is not standardized,the cooperation is not continuous and other issues still exist.Opportunistic behavior triggered by market volatility has also occurred,Destroying the establishment,development and stability of the relationship between the two sides,To a certain extent,the smooth realization of the industrialization of cotton industry.Based on the actual relationship between cotton processing enterprises and cotton farmers’ interests in Xinjiang,Contact transaction costs,incomplete contracts and average profits and other disciplines theory,this thesis analyzes the present situation of management and acquisition,processing,sales and profit management,As well as cotton farmers planting,management,sales status,The data obtained from field research are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis of cotton farmers ’personal endowment,family characteristics,policy effect and social service.Using logistics logistic regression analysis model to do based on the perspective of farmers on the establishment of the relationship between the interests of the empirical analysis of factors.The results show that the target price subsidy evaluation and the agricultural socialization service have a significant influence on the establishment of the relationship between the cotton farmers and the enterprises.At present,the processing enterprises and the peasants are mainly connected with loose interests,and need to develop close interest relationship.Put forward feasible suggestion to promote the benefit links and development of cotton processing enterprises and cotton farmers in Xinjiang.From the processing enterprises,cotton farmers and the government.It is proposed to cultivate leading enterprises in industry,support the cooperative organizations of cotton farmers and improve the social credit system.
