development and social stability.Since the implementation of the temporary purchase and storage policy,the cotton industry of XPCC has lost its advantage of low cost and high quality cotton planting.After the implementation of the target price subsidy policy in 2014,the pricing power of cotton has returned to the market again,and the importance of cotton quality has become more and more prominent in the domestic and foreign markets.Under the current situation,the huge production cost and the cotton quality without advantages have become the prominent bottleneck restricting the cotton industry development of XPCC.Therefore,under the background of improving quality and increasing efficiency,it has become an important task to study the cotton quality control system of XPCC and improve the competitiveness of XPCC cotton industry.Based on cotton quality control system of each link of corps planting division of a thorough investigation into the present situation and problems of cotton quality control,with quantitative analysis method to evaluate 10 quality control system in cotton planting division scores and comprehensive scores of each part,and to explore its influence on cotton quality and worker planting benefit,thus to put forward the concrete quality control system for production and construction corps cotton optimizing content and relevant Suggestions,in order to achieve the corps cotton quality,workers’ earnings increase,the purpose of ascension and improve corps cotton industry at home and abroad,the industry competitiveness of cotton market.The main conclusions are as follows:The comprehensive score of cotton quality control system of each cotton division of XPCC was ranked from high to low as 7th division,6th division,8th division,10 th division,2nd division,5th division,4th division,1st division,13 th division and 3rd division.Cotton growers with excellent quality control include the sixth,seventh,eighth and tenth divisions.The control level of each link of their cotton quality control system is significantly higher than the industry average level.Intermediate cotton growers of quality control include the second division and the fifth division.The control level of each link of the cotton quality control system is almost equal to the industry average level.The cotton planting division with poor quality control includes the first division,the third division,the fourth division and the thirteenth division.In the cotton quality control system,except that the average score of the processing link is slightly lower than the average development level of the industry,all other links are significantly lower than the average development level of the industry.The comprehensive scores of cotton quality of each cotton planting division in the corps are from high to low,which are the seventh division,the tenth division,the sixth division,the eighth division,the fifth division,the fourth division,the first division,the second division,the thirteenth division and the third division.In each individual score,the 13 th division got the highest score for color grade of cotton fiber and quality of rolling mill,the 7th division got the highest score for length grade of cotton fiber,the 6th division got the highest score for macron’s value of cotton fiber,the 10 th division got the highest score for breaking ratio strength of cotton fiber,and the 5th division got the highest score for length uniformity of cotton fiber.The per mu yield of cotton planting division in southern xinjiang and eastern xinjiang is higher than that in northern xinjiang.Although the cost of cotton planting division in northern xinjiang is lower,this advantage is not obvious.There is only a difference of 210 yuan/mu between the highest cost and the lowest cost of cotton planting among all the cotton planting divisions in the corps.In contrast,the yield per unit area of cotton planters in southern xinjiang and eastern xinjiang was much higher than that in northern xinjiang.In the estimation equation of the influence of the cotton quality control system and other factors on the cotton quality,the comprehensive score of the quality control system has a positive influence on the cotton quality,while the precipitation and accumulated temperature have a negative influence on the cotton quality.In the estimation equation of the influence of cotton quality control system and other factors on cotton planting benefits,the comprehensive score,mechanical recovery rate and yield per unit area of the quality control system have positive effects on cotton planting benefits.Based on the above research conclusions,the paper puts forward the optimization contents of the cotton quality control system of XPCC,and puts forward the optimization
