Research On Coordinative Development Model Of Urban And Rural Transportation Logistics In Buyi And Miao Autonomous Prefecture Of Southern Guizhou

Taking urban and rural logistics in Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of South Guizhou as the research object,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the collaborative development of urban and rural transportation logistics in Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of South Guizhou,and combines the research results of scholars at home and abroad,and finds that it is feasible to construct the collaborative construction of urban and rural transportation logistics in Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of South Guizhou.Before analyzing the current situation and problems,this paper defines the basic concepts of urban-rural logistics and coordination,and expounds the international development status of urban transport logistics integration and coordination.According to the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" guizhou trade logistics development plan "qiannan" much starker choices-and graver consequences-in "modern logistics industry development planning",using qualitative and quantitative analysis,field survey method,characteristics of qiannan area,social and economic development level,urban and rural transportation logistics industry development were analyzed,and concluded that qiannan in logistics nodes,logistics infrastructure,logistics market main body,four aspects,the problems such as traffic organization form,Then it summarizes the necessity of building the coordinated development model of urban and rural transportation logistics in Qiannan Prefecture.First of all,through the analysis of the development status of urban-rural traffic logistics coordination in Qiannan Prefecture,to get its current problems still exist in the urban and Rural Transportation Logistics,Then,it reconstructs the coordinated development model of urban and rural transportation and logistics in Qiannan Prefecture,mainly from the node construction,channel construction,cultivate market subjects,the respect such as organization,including strengthening the construction of county logistics node node construction,urban and rural transportation logistics node location,etc.;Channel construction includes government coordination and overall planning,adjustment of highway structure,etc.The cultivation of market subjects includes the establishment of unified management standards for enterprises and the construction of government-led enterprises.Organizational mode construction includes "resource integration" business construction,information construction,"out into the road" construction,"agricultural products" + "logistics/e-commerce expo" + "targeted poverty alleviation" mode construction,"agricultural and supermarket docking" and "tourism experience logistics" business construction.Secondly,from the aspects of resources,industry standards,logistics and transport mode,village-level logistics operation mode,node land,etc,This paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the coordinated development of urban and rural transport logistics in Qiannan Prefecture,and then uses the evaluation model to analyze the coordinated development model of urban and rural transport logistics.Finally,the relevant conclusions are summarized,and the deficiencies are concluded,and the outlook is made from the four aspects of specialized logistics,logistics environment,logistics chain and market players.
