Research On The Land Use Classification System Of Tianjin Based On The Third National Land Survey

Land use classification is the basic and important basis for the implementation of land management related work,is an important medium for land use information exchange around the world,and is one of the important symbols of the level of land science development.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have been constantly discussing and studying land use classification,and put forward many land use classification systems according to different methods and purposes.On October 16,2017,the State Council issued the Notice of the State Council on the Third National Land Survey(Guofa[2017]48),which decided to carry out "Classification of the Third National Land Survey Work" from 2017.The land use classification system is based on the Classification of Land Use Status(GB/T 21010-2017).Firstly,the land in China is divided into 13 first-class and 56 second-class land types,and 12 third-class land types are further refined for some second-class land types.In addition,one fourth-class land type is added for one third-class land.The paper based on the framework of "Classification of the Third National Land Survey Work",Compared with industrial classification,land function classification and land use/land cover method,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed,selected the method of land use classification system suitable for the third land survey in Tianjin,i.e.land use/land cover comprehensive classification,according to the principles of unity of scientificity and applicability,coordination and openness,inheritance and stability,difference and adaptability to local conditions,Closely combined with the actual situation of natural and socio-economic factors of land use types in Tianjin,formed the Third Land Survey Classification of Tianjin City,the land in Tianjin is divided into 13 first-class land types,44 second-class land types and 8 third-class land types.In order to further accurately identify the definition and specific characteristics of each land type in the land use classification system of Tianjin Third Land Survey,the classification of Tianjin was identified,including three links:defining the definition of land type,interpreting the image characteristics of land type and investigating the landscape characteristics of land type on the spot,and the results of land type identification of Tianjin Third Land Survey were obtained.With the development of social economy,fine management of departments and the requirement of the construction of ecological civilization,this paper argues that the correct and reasonable division of land use types and the establishment of a scientific and rational land use classification system are for better serving the land management work of the whole country,thus providing land basis for guiding the national macro-decision-making.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the theory of land use classification system.
