With the reform of the national economic system and the development of agricultural modernization,the traditional agricultural production methods can not adapt to the new development requirements,and there are a series of problems such as low production efficiency,low degree of organization and loss of labor force.An important part of the development of modern agriculture is the new agricultural management main body,from 2013 first appeared in the central document to the present,has received a high degree of attention from all sectors of society.And in the party ’s 19 major reports also mentioned the strategic Plan for rural revitalization,one of the main measures including the construction of new agricultural subjects.With the passage of time,the cultivation and development work of the main body of the country ’s new agricultural management has been strongly supported by the state.In recent years,in Shanxi Province,the advantages of its policy resources have been gradually played out,under constant guidance,the cultivation and development of new agricultural management subjects have been accelerated,and achieved remarkable positive results.For agricultural modernization,what is most needed now is to be able to build a new agricultural operation with complete and efficient characteristics.Only by establishing a complete and efficient new agricultural management subject can we reduce the risk of agricultural management,raise the income level of farmers,and weaken the imbalance of regional development.The two most immediate challenges are how to nurture new agricultural operators and how to fully reflect their role in the development of modern agriculture.In this paper,the local new agricultural operators in Shanxi Province are analyzed,the first step is to study the development status of the new local agricultural operators,and through quantitative analysis,fully combined with the factor analysis method to construct the corresponding evaluation system,to make a reasonable evaluation and estimation of its development level,Then according to the comprehensive score of each city ’s development level obtained by the evaluation system,the multivariate linear regression model is used for regression analysis,and the specific factors affecting the new agricultural operators in this area are studied,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward,so as to accelerate the development of the local new agricultural management subject,Consolidate the foundation of modern agricultural development in Shanxi province.
