Research On Working Capital Management Deficiency And Suggestions Of K Company

With the fierce competition between modern enterprises and the arrival of the era of"cash is king",more and more enterprise managers have realized that the basis for sustainable development of enterprises is to have a good working capital.In order to achieve their business objectives and maintain normal production and operation,enter:prises must hold appropriate working capital and use it reasonably.Working capital management is integrated into the entire procurement,production,marketing,financial management and other processes of the enterprise,reflecting the degree of the entire enterprise operation and management,should be paid attention to by managers.Therefore,how to manage the working capital of an enter:prise well and solve the working capital problems in various channels is a crucial aspect of the sustainable and healthy development of an enterprise and the realization of financial management objectives.This paper adopts literature analysis,case analysis and the quantitative and qualitative analysis,the research obj ect is the production of manufacturing small and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises K company,based on the traditional channels and two aspects of the basic theoretical analysis of working capital management,with the actual case studies,the combination of K company in specified in the working capital management problems of the company,the channel choice theory make up the defects in the management of working capital of the company,points out existing problems and put forward countermeasures to solve.Firstly,by referring to a large number of domestic and foreign sc holars'basic theories and views on operation management,this paper expounds the concept,classification,strategies and methods of traditional and channel-based working capital as well as evaluation indexes.Then,the current status of working capital management of K company is introduced through the current assets and current liabilities structure,individual projects and evaluation indexes of K company,and the actual problems are found out and analyzed.Then,the internal structure of current assets and current liabilities and the utilization rate of working capital of K company are analyzed.Finally,some improvement measures are proposed for K company's working capital management from the perspective of how to optimize the working capital structure and the channels of business activities.
