China’s economic development has reached a new age now,the new generation of highly educated and highly skilled employees born in the 1980s and 1990s have stepped onto the social stage,entered all fields and become the intermediate force of company development.With the growth of the new generation of employees,more and more problems occurred.For example,the management of the new generation of employees has become a vexing problem for many enterprises.How to scientifically and efficiently select and train successors for key positions,systematically plan the reserved management talents,make them stand out is the most prominent issue for companies.This article takes F Company as an example,analyze from the perspective of the company’s organizational structure and human resources status,combine the advanced domestic and foreign talent training theory,find out many issues in the reserve of talents of F Company.The problems in the training of new generation talents are particularly outstanding.To solve this problem,through questionnaire survey and exchange interview,it is found that the training of new generation is lack of strategic planning,selection criteria and means,also problem of single training mode,assessment methods needs to be improved,and neglect of the individual development.F Company is a comprehensive real estate management company with a history of more than 60 years.The times are developing.The company’s management needs to keep pace with the times and keep up with the pace.Seizing the talents is to seize the company’s development opportunities,and it is of great significance for F Company to select and train a group of excellent successors.In view of the series of problems existing in the training of new generation in F Company,this paper proposes scientific suggestions and implementation methods for the training of new generation from planning,selection,training and assessment aspects,it is an attempt to improve the training of the company’s new generation.The model enhances the company’s core competitiveness and provides a certain reference for enterprises and institutions with similar backgrounds.
