Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Customs Project Expenditure

As a new management model,performance management has been more than thirty years since the beginning of 1980s.Although it is not perfect,its principle and methodology are still being explored,but it has very strong vitality.The project performance evaluation is the core component of performance management,which belongs to the post supervision mechanism of budget management.The author participated in the project performance evaluation of the major equipment container inspection system(H986)in the field during the transfer of the Customs General Administration Security Department of the General Administration of customs.The performance evaluation of the heavy equipment container inspection system project was evaluated.The work practice of price has found the problems existing in the project performance evaluation,and analyzes the reasons.The proposed countermeasures are practical and practical.This paper has a certain guiding significance for the basic level of the project performance evaluation.The container performance evaluation project has successfully realized the basic goal of performance management,and found some deficiencies and improvement paths in the performance evaluation.This just confirms that performance evaluation is the only way to improve the government's efficiency and improve the level of governance.It has been proved that the concept of performance management is bound to be realized as long as the performance evaluation is carried out in strict accordance with the performance of the customs,and the performance as the goal,the result oriented,the cost efficiency and the invalid accountability.
