Dairy industry involves planting,breeding,dairy processing,sales and other industrial chain links,related to the health of many consumers,this special attribute makes dairy industry social responsibility has been the focus of attention of consumers.Fulfilling social responsibility has become an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of dairy industry.At present,the competition among dairy enterprises has evolved into the competition among the whole value chain,so it is necessary to bring social responsibility into the management scope of the enterprise value chain and maximize the synergy between the two.This article selects Yili as the research object,Yili is the first enterprise of dairy industry in our country,owns the whole industry chain of dairy industry and has been rated as the benchmark enterprise of social responsibility many times.Higher achievements have been made in social responsibility and value chain management.Therefore,this case is typical and has certain research value.Based on the concept of strategic social responsibility and shared value,this paper establishes the theoretical framework of the integration of strategic social responsibility value chain,studies how to bring social responsibility into value chain management through the way of case study.To ensure that enterprises create value for stakeholders and construct competitive advantages of enterprises at the same time.This paper mainly from the following four parts of the case study:(1)Yili’s social responsibility from a strategic perspective to think and position,so that it and corporate strategy;(2)identify the strategic social responsibility dimension of Yili and reasonably divide the main and secondary dimensions of multiple strategic social responsibility dimensions;(3)integrate the identified strategic social responsibility into Yili’s production and management activities,and carry out innovation and optimization of the value chain,mainly basic value chain innovation and complementary value chain innovation.In order to realize the integration of strategic social responsibility and value chain;(4)evaluate the integration of Erie strategic social responsibility value chain from three aspects of economy,society and environment Performance results ofThis paper hopes to explore the integration path of Yili strategic social responsibility and enterprise value chain through the in-depth study of Yili case,and provide practical experience for other dairy enterprises to fulfill their strategic social responsibility.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Enterprises should take the strategic social responsibility as the breakthrough point to redefine the dairy industry value management,and integrate the social responsibility standards into the mission,strategy and operation of the enterprise.(2)Enterprises should identify and perform strategic social responsibility based on their internal value chain activities,and choose the dimension of strategic social responsibility that is most relevant to their own development.(3)the integration process of strategic social responsibility value chain should be dominated by the core enterprises and actively promoted by stakeholders;At the same time,enterprises should establish a comprehensive security system,including organization and resources,to ensure the smooth implementation of integration.
