Study On The Benefit Of Rehabilitation Of Waste Land In Zhoushan

As an island city,Zhoushan is also a national new area and is responsible for the important engine that drives the economic development of the coastal areas.With the rapid development of economy and society in recent years,the city is faced with the contradiction between the insufficient utilization of land resources and the continuous increase of land needed to protect major national projects.As a special type of reserve land resources in our country,the reuse of abandoned land has become a powerful guarantee to alleviate the shortage of land resources in our country,and it is also the only way to comprehensively rectify the whole area.After many years of development,Zhoushan City has left behind many abandoned lands.These abandoned lands have hindered the implementation of the overall plan of the island and hindered the urbanization of the new district.At present,there are few researches on abandoned land and subsequent development and utilization of offshore areas in China.Based on the development and utilization of abandoned land in Zhoushan Island,this paper analyzes the natural environment,social conditions and land use status of the abandoned land in Zhoushan,and summarizes the causes and problems of abandoned land.Using the comprehensive analysis of benefit evaluation,and from the economic,social and ecological perspectives as the entry point for the study,the paper analyzes the actual effects of the redevelopment of four types of land,namely abandoned land in agricultural settlements,abandoned land for industrial and mining purposes,abandoned salt fields and abandoned agricultural land.The development direction of abandoned land management is obtained,which provides experience for the comprehensive remediation of Zhoushan Island in the future,and a new model of conservation and intensive land use is explored.The findings of this study are as follows:(1)The development potential of abandoned land on Zhoushan Island is relatively large,and the types are mainly concentrated in agricultural settlements,industrial and mining areas,salt fields,and agricultural land.The direction of land disposal is consistent with the overall land use plan of Zhoushan City,and the implementation of the remediation is conducive to promoting the intensive use of land conservation in the Zhoushan Islands New Area,which is theoretically reasonable and operable.(2)From the current situation of abandoned land and the current land use situation in Zhoushan City,using mainstream theories such as sustainable use theory,land use planning theory,ecological economics,and land supply and demand theory,the economic,social,and ecological benefits of Zhoushan City are studied.(3)The ultimate purpose of abandoned land remediation is to activate the existing abandoned land in Zhoushan,increase the land resources available on the island,reduce the environmental problems caused by land pollution,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Zhoushan.
