The purpose of this study is to analyse inclusive leadership as an antecedent of promotive and prohibitive voice,and creativity with the moderating role of proactive personality.This paper studies the influence of inclusive leadership on employee voice using proactive personality as a moderating variable,the relationship between employee voice and employee and how inclusive leadership directly influences employee creativity.It points out the effectiveness of proactive personality at the workplace and its positive outcome.It unravels how inclusive leadership contributes to employee creativity directly and indirectly by giving room to voice.This paper particularly dwells not on a general personality but a proactive one in influencing creativity at the workplace.Data was obtained through questionnaires and analysed using SPSS software.(need input from you...conclusion...what did the results say). |
