Firstly,this paper reviews the basic theories of work-demand control theory,social exchange theory,role theory,stimulus-response theory and social information processing theory by analyzing the existing mature theories and practical necessity,and puts forward research models and theoretical hypotheses based on cultural scenarios and research results at home and abroad.Then,based on the maturity scale at home and abroad,a questionnaire was designed.310 valid questionnaires were obtained through the way of issuing and collecting on the network platform.The reliability and validity of the samples were analyzed by SPSS17.0 and Amos 21.0.Finally,using hierarchical regression analysis to test the sample data,the results show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between employee perceived trust and role conflict;(2)employee perceived obligation plays a mediating role between perceived trust and role conflict;(3)employee-oriented organizational culture plays a negative moderating role between perceived trust and role conflict.Therefore,based on the results of this study,from the perspective of practicality and practicality of enterprises and leaders,this paper puts forward three management suggestions on trust management mode of organization and leadership: one is to adopt trust strategy rationally,the other is to pay attention to employee-oriented atmosphere in organizational culture,and the third is to train and improve employees' ability to deal with role conflicts.
