Modern enterprises increasingly emphasize the "employee-centered" and encourage employees to contribute ideas for their development. On the one hand,it aims to use participatory management to improve the consciousness of the protagonists. On the other hand,it aims to increase activities for the development of enterprises to improve their competitiveness. However, the active behavior of employees is not clearly written in the personal responsibilities of employees, and many employees are reluctant to put forward their own views and opinions. The active behavior of employees also represents an interactive behavior.Employees take the initiative, and the organization also needs to show the tendency of acceptance and action,to complete the whole process of active behavior. In recent years, organizational commitment has attracted the attention of the theoretical circle.Organizational commitment represents a social interaction factor, and its expression may have a certain impact on the active behavior of employees.Based on this background, this paper, through literature review and analysis, proposes hypotheses and research models with the idea of "organizational commitment--perceived obligation--employee initiative behavior".Among them, organizational commitment includes emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment.Referring to the more mature scales in related studies, the design of the questionnaire was completed.Finally,224 valid questionnaires were collected for reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the internal relationship between organizational commitment and employee initiative behavior. The empirical analysis shows that organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on employee initiative behavior.Perceived obligations have a significant positive impact on employees' active behaviors.Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on perceived obligation.Perceived obligations play an intermediary role between organizational commitment and employee initiative. From the perspective of local enterprises, this paper explores for the first time the influence of organizational commitment on employee initiative behavior, which not only expands the exploration of antecedent variables of employee initiative behavior, but alsoenriches the empirical research on organizational commitment.Taking perceived obligation as the mediating variable, this study examines the complete mediating role of perceived obligation between organizational commitment and employee's active behavior, enriches the internal exploration mechanism of organizational commitment and employee's active behavior, and helps to further understand the relationship between organizational commitment and employee's active behavior. In addition, this study also provides a value basis for the practice of enterprise managers, suggesting that while meeting the material needs of employees, managers should also pay attention to the psychological, social and self-realization needs of enterprise employees at a higher level(such as emotions and values).
