Research On LiXin’s Secretarial Thoughts

Li Xin is the pioneer and founder of secretarial science in China.His secretarial thinking has played an important guiding role in the development and construction of secretarial science in China.It is also his practice in secretarial work that he constantly studies and summarizes the nature and development law of secretarial that has promoted the healthy and orderly development of secretarial undertakings in China.Studying Li Xin’s secretarial work history and theory can not only help researchers to learn from Li Xin’s theory of secretarial thought,but also learn his basic experience in secretarial work and leading secretarial cause.It is also necessary to carry forward Li Xin’s working style of being conscientious,practical and realistic about secretarial cause,as well as his spirit of loving posts,dedication and selfless dedication.Based on the study of historical documents,this thesis explores and refines Li Xin’s life experience of secretarial work and his theoretical viewpoints by using the theoretical method of literature compilation and research.Through sorting out Li Xin’s secretarial work activities,focusing on his practice in secretarial work,and summarizing and researching Li Xin’s secretarial thoughts and theories conveyed in secretarial work,the purpose is to deeply grasp Li Xin’s secretarial thoughts in the light of the background of the times,thus providing valuable guidance for the future study of secretarial science and the development of secretarial work.The structure of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which includes the purpose and significance of the research,the research status,innovations and research methods.At present,there are few monographs on Li Xin and his secretarial thoughts in the academic circles,and even if they are involved,they mostly focus on one aspect of his secretarial thoughts.On the basis of previous research results,this paper systematically combs Li Xin’s secretarial thoughts,and tries to fill in the blank of Li Xin’s life research.The second part is the work of Li Xin and the secretary.This part is the innovation of this article.It describes the life of Li Xin and his secretarial career chronological order,including participating in the revolution,writing a book,promoting the reform ofsecretarial work,and correcting the bad atmosphere of secretarial theory research,so as to have a clear understanding of Li Xin’s contribution and historical position in the secretarial circle.The third part is the formation of Li Xin’s secretarial thinking.The author starts with the reasons,signs and characteristics of the formation of Li Xin’s secretarial thoughts,in order to reproduce the process of the formation of his thoughts,clarify the causes and consequences,and achieve "know why".The fourth part is the basic content of Li Xin’s secretarial thought.This is the core content of this paper.The author summarizes Li Xin’s main ideas as five aspects: Secretary philosophy,Secretary service,Secretary talent,secretary assistant decision-making and secretary work law.In accordance with the order from psychology to behavior,from person to work,the author narrates them in turn,and tries to sort out the connotation of Li Xin’s Secretary theory fundamentally.The fifth part is the evaluation and enlightenment of Li Xin’s ideology.Facts and facts evaluate Li Xin’s secretarial thinking and see its pioneering value in leading the development of secretarial studies in China,and also face the shortcomings of his thoughts.However,it is not worthy of the cover.Li Xin’s spirit in the theoretical study of secretarial studies and the work of secretaries is worth learning by future generations.
