Research On Government Supervision Of Online Food Ordering Food Safety In Yantai City

In recent years,more and more safety accidents have been exposed in online food ordering.The government has gradually attached importance to the supervision of online food ordering safety.In online ordering supervision,government departments need to supervise online merchants,meal ordering platforms and relevant staff.In order to explore the supervision of online meal ordering better,we reviewed a large number of data and literature,which can lay a theoretical foundation for the government regulation of online meal ordering.Then the data were obtained through field survey,questionnaire and interview,and so on.Through statistics and collation of data,it is found that there are problems in food production and distribution as well as online ordering platform in the entire online ordering process.From the perspective of government supervision,it is found that the supervision departments have problems in supervision awareness,supervision basis and execution ability.These problems lead to food safety accidents.Finally,from the reasons,it comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to strengthen the supervision awareness of the supervision department,strengthen the supervision system construction and enhance the implementation ability of the supervision department.
