Study On Food Safety Regulation In Network Reservation Market Based Upon The Investigation Of Luzhou,Sichuan

With the mode of the "Internet +"(Internet plus the traditional vocations)which promotes the in-depth integration and rapid development of the technology and catering industry because of its convenience of online ordering.It enjoys great popularity of online ordering as consumers can enjoy a wide variety of food provided by online catering services without leaving home.With the rapid expansion of this service,more and more food safety issues have been exposed.These problems have affected the health and safety of people and order of the online ordering.Compared with the online ordering and the traditional catering industry,it shows difference from the regulatory objects,methods of supervisor since the former has the features of virtual and invisible.The traditional food safety regulatory model can not satisfy the development of "Internet + Catering" industry so that the supervison on it has become an urgent problem to be solved in government administration.Nowadays,our country urgently needs to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on food safety and government regulation of food ordering online,and provide reference for the formulation of laws and regulations and the effective management of regulatory authorities.This article has carried out the institutional reform,reorganization of food safety regulation and the initial establishment of the regulatory system,by taking Luzhou,Sichuan as an example.The status quo of network food safety regulation and the main problems have been analyzed and the restriction factors of food safety regulation of ordering online also been summarized.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward which can be a reference for law enforcement of regulatory authorities from six aspects including legal system construction,capacity building of supervision department itself,re-construction of siosupervision mode,construction of supervision and restriction mechanism,reasonably handling the conflict between economic development and supervision and raising the level of social co-governance.
