with the continuous improvement of economic level,both the scale and the number of enterprises in China's economic market are increasing day by day.Among them,listed companies are the fastest growing.Although listed companies have become an important part of China's economic structure at present,with the increasing number of them,there are more and more problems,especially the emergence of internal control problems,which have seriously threatened the normal operation and development of listed companies.However,the most common problem of internal control in the operating process of listed companies is the management of cash flow.As the internal control of the listed company is not in place for the cash flow management,the listed company cannot effectively manage its cash flow,which affects the development of the listed company's various production and operation activities,increases the operating risk of the listed company,and seriously threatens the rights and interests of the listed company and its stakeholders.Therefore,the research on the influence of internal control on cash flow management of listed companies has become a very important research topic at present.This paper mainly studies the influence of internal control on cash flow management of listed companies.In order to improve the authenticity of the whole paper and the effectiveness of the research conclusion,this paper also specifically cites Shanghai jia hua,a real listed company,as the research object.Main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper briefly describes the concepts related to internal control and cash flow management of the company,and separately studies the cash flow management status of Shanghai jia hua in the operation process and the factors influencing internal control.Later,in the internal control and cash flow management of Shanghai jia hua research,based on the analysis of the Shanghai jia hua influence on cash flow management,internal control and in the process of research combined with the actual operating situation of Shanghai jia hua,for its internal control in cash flow management exists some disadvantages are summarized.Finally,it puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the influence of internal control of Shanghai jia hua on cash flow management.
