Research On Chinese Enterprise Technology Acquisition-Type Overseas M&A Integration And Industrial Upgrade Based On Innovation Network:Comparison Between China And South Korea

In recent years,Chinese enterprises have faced greater pressures on industrial transformation,and industrial upgrading is imminent.In this context,overseas mergers and acquisitions have become an important means of acquiring high-quality overseas technology.At the same time,overseas mergers and acquisitions also face difficulties in mergers and acquisitions,and the probability of integration failure.Therefore,the impact of the integration judgment of enterprises on overseas mergers and acquisitions on industrial upgrading has become a valuable research direction.In this path of action,the system as a macro variable between different countries,its role in the integration of overseas mergers and acquisitions needs to be further studied.South Korea is also facing a major pressure on the transformation and upgrading of its enterprises in terms of geography and its neighbors.In recent years,its domestic enterprises have had high overseas M&A activities and have similarities with China.Therefore,we selected Korea as a reference country for us to study the impact of overseas mergers and acquisitions,and further studied the impact of the system on the path of industrial upgrading for overseas mergers and acquisitions.This paper studies the role of the two indicators of similarity and complementarity in resource adaptation in the process of overseas mergers and acquisitions integration affecting industrial upgrading,and selects the system as a research perspective.At the same time,the matching degree between the resource relevance of the M&A and the integration mode after M&A in technology acquisition-type overseas M&A is proposed by the role of the centralization and structural holes in the innovation network to promote the industrial upgrading.The research hypothesis summarizes the theoretical framework model.On this basis,the research on the correlation between resource-integration degree matching,innovation network location and industrial upgrading,and the specific path using the structural equation model are tested.Based on the results of empirical analysis,we draw the following conclusions:(1)The merger and acquisition party improves the network centrality of the acquirer based on the correlation between its own and the target enterprise resource relevance,and promotes the industrial upgrading process.(2)The merger and acquisition party enhances the network centrality of the acquirer based on the correlation between its own and the target enterprise resource correlation,and promotes the industrial upgrading process,the more perfect the home country system,the more it promotes Strong.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper proposes suggestions from the perspective of practical operation for the two main bodies of the government and the company.
