Research On The Countermeasures For The Innovation And Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Sichuan

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important pillar of the socialist market economy,an important force for promoting the sustainable development of the national economy,and an important guarantee for increasing employment and promoting people's livelihood.Traditional manufacturing is the foundation of a country's industry,an important source of GDP for a country,and an important industry for the protection of the national economy and people's livelihood.Along with the global economic weakness,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that China's economy has changed from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,which puts higher demands on the development of enterprises in various industries.However,China's traditional manufacturing industry is dominated by extensive and intensive labor,and there is a serious overcapacity.This overcapacity is relatively low quality and cannot meet the relative surplus of consumer demand.Under the current supply-side structural reform background,traditional manufacturing industries must transform their development methods and take the road of innovation and coordinated green development.There are many small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan traditional manufacturing industry.Although their development is flexible,they also have problems such as weak foundation,weak anti-risk ability,insufficient innovation power and shortage of funds.In addition,Sichuan Province is far away from the developed coastal areas in the east,the infrastructure is imperfect,and the innovation mechanism is not perfect,which makes the traditional small and medium-sized enterprises in Sichuan difficult,which must follow the trend of the times and take the road of innovation and development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status of traditional manufacturing SMEs inSichuan Province,and deeply studies the problems such as lack of talents,insufficient funds and lack of powerful mechanisms,and proposes countermeasures.In addition,according to the statistics of the Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2016 and the data collected by the network,the traditional manufacturing industries in Sichuan Province are: agricultural and sideline food processing industry;textile industry;textile and garment,clothing industry;leather fur,feather And its products and footwear industry;rubber and plastic products industry.Therefore,the traditional manufacturing SMEs and statistical data discussed in this paper only cover the above industries.Based on the theory of innovation and development,this paper uses the literature research method to define the concepts of SMEs and traditional manufacturing,and sorts out theories of innovation and development in Western economics,Marxist political economy,and socialist market economy theory with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,with the support of detailed data,it analyzes the achievements of Sichuan's traditional manufacturing enterprises in enhancing their economic contribution,improving their innovation ability and improving their policy service system.In-depth analysis of the problems of financing difficulties,insufficient motivation for innovation inside and outside the enterprise,and the reasons for this.Finally,in response to the problem,the company proposes to improve its own ability to innovate and develop.The government creates countermeasures to promote the external environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,adapt to economic transformation and change,and promote enterprise upgrading through innovation.
