Research On Factors Of Independent Innovation Dynamic And Its’impact Path In China’s Traditional Manufacturing SMES

Enterprise is the main body of the independent innovation. But, the shortage of enterprise innovation dynamic is troubling the orderly promotion of nation’s independent innovation strategy. The data from government department of statistics and market information all show: in China’s traditional manufacturing industry, the small and medium-sized enterprises is the most inactive group in independent innovation, the coverage of innovation activities among them is small, the frequency of occurrence is low, and the performance of innovation is also fair. As a considerable important part of China’s industrial economy, the traditional manufacturing industry’s development is faced with the problem:the small and medium-sized enterprises are generally not willing to participate in the innovation, do not dare to plan the innovation, and the idea of innovation is much more than action. The essence of these phenomena is the significant lack of independent innovation dynamic. Without their active and effective participation, China’s grand blueprint to build an innovation-oriented country would be very difficult to realize, and the strategy idea of transforming and upgrading traditional industries, and realizing China’s manufacturing industry’s development upgrade from "made in China" to "created in China", also cannot implement. In view of this, the paper takes traditional manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, and does research for the purpose of finding the leading factors and pathway that influence enterprise’s independent innovation dynamic level. It tries to seek the origin solution for improving enterprises’independent innovation will and promoting enterprises’enthusiasm of innovation activities.The technical route of this paper’s research is:literature review, concepts and problems definition, theoretical inference, study design, the empirical analysis, and countermeasures study. In the introduction part, the research background, research status at home and abroad are reviewed, and the paper’s target and content, research method and technical route, and the research innovative are introduced. In the text part, first of all, the basic concepts involved and the research object are defined. Then, it analyzes the status quo, the characteristics and the causes of SMEs’independent innovation dynamic in traditional manufacturing industry. On this basis, from the perspectives of theory and practice, the paper analyzes and refines the internal and external effect factors and their mechanism of action, which influence traditional manufacturing SMEs’independent innovation dynamic level, furthermore, studies the basic path and interactive relationships the dynamic factors effect on innovation dynamic, puts forward the basic hypothesis, forms the conceptual model. Using structural equation model (SEM) for empirical tools, the paper carries on the corresponding variables design, scales design, preparation of questionnaire and test. A large-scale enterprise survey is organized, and368valid questionnaires are acquired as the data source for the research. Using the sample data, the reliability test and validity test about the component lists and factor scales of the questionnaire are carried out, as well as the basic statistical analysis. It determines the availability of the sample data and scales. According to the given research model, model estimation, correction and evaluation are finished, the relatively good final model is obtained. According to relevant estimation results, the basic assumptions are verified, the total effect values of all dynamic factors are calculated, and the leading factors of the traditional manufacturing SMEs’independent innovation dynamic level are refined. Finally, based on the empirical research results, aiming on the leading factors, the paper puts forward the targeted measures and basic advices to excite traditional manufacturing SMEs’ independent innovation dynamic from the levels of government, industry and enterprises.The paper proposes the main factors that influence the level of traditional manufacturing SMEs’independent innovation dynamic, including4external factors and6internal factors: the innovation policy of the government, market demand, market mechanism, the innovation service system, the expectation of innovation income, the entrepreneur spirit of innovation, incentive mechanism of an enterprise, the innovation consciousness of staff, the corporate culture and innovation ability of an enterprise. Through the empirical analysis and validation, this paper confirms21basic path reflecting10dynamic factors’effects, and refines5leading factors which influence the level of traditional manufacturing SMEs’independent innovation dynamic, they are:the innovation service system, the innovation policy of the government, innovation ability of an enterprise, the entrepreneur spirit of innovation, and the innovation consciousness of staff.This paper suggests:to promote the level of SMEs’ independent innovation dynamic in China’s traditional manufacturing industry, boost their active participation in the independent innovation activities, we should improve the external environment and internal conditions at the same time, especially focus on the leading factors’improvement, and then will be able to achieve a better effect.
