A Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Science And Technology Talents Team Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

China is a large agricultural country,and the issue of ACF(short for "agriculture,countryside and farmers")is very important for building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a strong socialist modernization country.Since the reform and opening up,China has put forward the important strategic mission of building a new countryside and a harmonious socialist society.The report on the work of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC emphasizes that solving the problem of ACF is the top priority of the Party's work.It is necessary to enhance the vitality of rural development and gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC on the work of the government put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for ACF.Rural revitalization is one of the contents of building a well-off society in all respects and building China into a modern and strong socialist country,the long-term plan and ultimate goal of the development of ACF,the precise positioning of ACF in the new era,and the concentrated reflection of the inevitable requirements of agricultural and rural development in the new era.In order to revitalize the countryside,ASTT(short for "agricultural science and technology talents")team is one of the indispensable important supporting forces."Science and technology talents revitalizing agriculture" is the only way to realize rural economic,social and ecological development and farmers' prosperity,the inevitable measure to optimize rural human capital and agricultural talents team,the important step to realize rural modernization,and the best choice to realize "rural revitalization strategy".This paper takes the strategy of Rural Revitalization as the background,takes the construction of ASTT team as the specific research content,takes the present situation of the construction of ASTT team in S town of Shanxi Province as the case study.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborates the background,significance of choosing this topic and research results of this topic at home and abroad,as well as the contents,research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part gives some definitions of related concepts,and elaborates the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy to the construction of ASTT team,and describes the important function of the construction of ASTT team to the realization of rural revitalization.The third part is the case study of S Town in Shanxi Province,whichdeeply analyses the achievements,problems and reasons of the problems of construction of ASTT team in this town.The fourth part puts forward relevant measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of ASTT team from the stand of our country.It is of great significance to train a modern team of ASTT for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper attempts to provide some good reference for other rural areas or regions in China,and help them to build a new and scientific understanding of agricultural science and technology talents team through theoretical discussion and specific study of S town.
