With the intensification of economic globalization and environmental uncertainty,the external competitive environment of the organization is becoming increasingly fierce,and the organizational structure is becoming more and more flat.This change makes the traditional hierarchical leadership gradually lose its advantages.More and more managers have realized that it is impossible for a single leader to have all the knowledge and skills,and it is often difficult to solve all the problems in team management.The horizontal leadership of team-based units can be a good solution to this problem.As a result,it is favored by more and more managers.This bottom-up horizontal leadership is called shared leadership.Shared leadership emphasizes the sharing of power and responsibility,allowing team members to assume leadership responsibility,which can better compensate for the limitations of the management brought by a single leader and adapt to the flat organizational structure of today's society.So,it is a new type of leadership that meets the needs of the times..In the past,most of the research on outcome variables of shared leadership was focused on the team level.The research at the individual level were relatively few,which ignores the significant influence of leadership behavior on employees' individual behavior.And the existing literature is mainly from the perspective of emotion and cognition when constructing the intermediary effect model of shared leadership.Only a few researchers discuss the dynamic process of interaction among team members as the intermediary effect of shared leadership.Therefore,this study examines the influence of shared leadership on employees' innovation behavior,the mediating effect of knowledge field activity,and the moderate effect of organizational innovation atmosphere.Through the questionnaire survey,401 employees in Taiyuan,Beijing and other places were investigated,and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0and AMOS17.0.The results show that knowledge field activity mediates the relationship between shared leadership and employees' innovation behavior;Organizational innovation atmosphere can significantly moderate the relationship between knowledge field activity and employees' innovation behavior.Employees feelthat the higher the level of organizational support for innovation,the more motivated they are to innovate.Finally,it maximizes the effect of innovation behavior under the joint action of organizational innovation atmosphere and knowledge field activity.The study verifies the positive role of shared leadership on employees' innovation behavior,the mediating role of knowledge field activity and the moderating of organizational innovation in the context of Chinese companies.The study enriches the research of mediating mechanism between shared leadership and employees' innovation behavior,which has certain enlightenment for organization to stimulate the employees' innovative behavior.
