This research regards the managers and their employees in enterprise of southern China as the research target.The longitudinal survey was conducted and total 259 valid paired questionnaires were returned.Through literature review,reliability and validity analysis were conducted.Meanwhile,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied to study the relationship between shared leadership style and employees' challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior,as well as the effect of employees' psychological empowerment,team reflexivity and chaxu climate.We have found that:(1)shared leadership style has reversed U shape impact on employees' challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior;(2)shared leadership style has positive impact on team reflexivity;(3)team reflexivity has moderating effect on the relationship between psychological empowerment and challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior;(4)shared leadership style has reversed U shape impact on employees' psychological empowerment;(5)employees' psychological empowerment has moderating effect on the relationship between psychological empowerment and challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior;(6)chaxu climate moderates the U shape impact between shared leadership style and employees' challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior;(7)chaxu climate also moderates the relationship between team reflexivity and employees' challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.These findings not only clarify the inherent mechanism of shared leadership style affecting employees' challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and help to enrich the theory of leadership and challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior empirically,but also provide theoretical and practical suggestions for management practice in enterprises.
