Russian Industrial Structure Evolution Research

Industrial structure has a direct relation with economic growth.The right policies for the development of the industrial structure stimulate the sustained and stable development of the economy.Analysis of the history and present situation of the industrial structure and the government,s economic policy for the implementation of the industrial structure.help to explore the basic factors affecting the industrial structure,thereby to lay the foundation for the carrying out the correct economic policy,to achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,the study of the history and development of industrial structure has important practical and reference significance for developing Russian industrial structure.After the modification,Russia experienced a long economic recession,but since 1999,Russia's anti-recession has declined;the economy has begun to show rapid growth.However,some experts are not optimistic about the prospects for its development.On the other hand,Russia's economic development is different from the results that we expect,and it is not commensurate with its enormous potential in raw materials and energy.This paper researches the economic policy of Yeltsin and Putin(Medvedev)periods and the factors influencing the industrial structure.Based on the analysis of these factors,the author made a prediction;according to "long-term strategy of socio-economic development until 2030,determines innovative development program,studies the obstacles and challenges of Russian industrial structure evolution,including economic system,high inflation,dependence on on the international market,etc.At the same time,although Russian government found the right direction of Russian industrial restructuring and economic development,but the development process has still many difficulties and challenges,so we need to continue to study this subject in practice.
