| Performance appraisal,as an important part of the bank’s human resources work,is the core factor determining the development efficiency of commercial banks.In foreign countries,the performance appraisal system of commercial banks has been relatively mature since its early implementation.Looking at the performance appraisal situation of commercial banks in China,it seems to be dwarfed.How to further improve the performance appraisal system of banks to ensure the scientificity,rationality and feasibility of performance appraisal is very important to promote the realization of the development strategic objectives of commercial banks in China.This study is based on this environment,taking Qixian Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as an example,to discuss how to optimize the performance appraisal scheme of Qixian Branch.The first part of the study focuses on the research background,significance,current situation at home and abroad,etc.The second part elaborates the definition of performance appraisal concept,performance appraisal theory and performance appraisal methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following empirical research.The third part discusses the status quo of post performance appraisal of Qixian Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and introduces the basic situation of Qixian Branch.The current job performance appraisal system,performance salary distribution,performance appraisal indicators and methods,performance appraisal cycle and the organization and implementation of performance appraisal and appraisal process of Qixian Branch are introduced.Based on interviews with employees,the performance appraisal problems of Qixian Branch are preliminarily diagnosed.The fourth part is performance appraisal of Qixian Branch.The optimization design of the core mainly uses the method of key performance indicators to re-optimize the evaluation schemes of management,business department,responsible person and various departments of the organ.Finally,the guarantee strategy of the implementation of the performance evaluation optimization scheme of Qixian Branch is discussed.Optimizing the performance appraisal scheme of branch is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,enhance the human resource management of branch,and promote the stable and long-term development of enterprises in the fierce competition. |
