At present,the macro situation of the world continues to tighten,and due to the impact of Sino-US trade frictions,China's economical operation having changes in balance and worries in the midst of changes.The business development environment is complex and changeable,and the challenges of economic downside risks remain severe.At the same time,with the rapid development of financial reforms and the accelerated upgrading of banking competition,the flourish of new business has caused a huge impact on traditional commercial banks,so the pressure of diversion in financial resources is unprecedented.As one of the four big state-owned modern commercial banks,Agricultural bank of China started early and developed rapidly,but due to the slow transformation of outlets,inadequate system implementation and the passive performance of employees,the market share of the bank was gradually penetrated by peers.In order to have a full voice in the fierce competition and effectively improve the level of financial services and business performance,it is urgent for Agricultural bank of China to strengthen the performance management,optimize the performance appraisal system,and form a good incentive mechanism within the bank,so as to lead employees to actively improve their business quality,stimulate their work enthusiasm and tap their potential to the greatest extent.In this way,the bank's core competitiveness and sustainable development ability will be continuously improved.The article is based on the research of optimization study of the performance appraisal system of business outlets in Agricultural Bank A Sub-branch.Firstly,the article use the on-site discussions,questionnaires and other methods to analyze the performance management status of A branch business outlets,diagnose existing problems and analyze the reasons in depth.Secondly,by clarifying the development strategy and businessgoals of the whole bank,we build the performance evaluation optimization principles and strategic performance map based on the strategic development vision of the branch,then set the key performance evaluation indicators through the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and use the analytic hierarchy process and 1-9 scale method and expert evaluation method to scientifically design performance appraisal weights,lastly optimize the outlet performance appraisal system.Finally,suggestions are put forward in terms of application of performance evaluation results and safeguard measures,so that the performance evaluation system of the case bank is continuously adapted to the actual situation of reform and development,thereby mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees to work,successfully achieving the strategic goals and business plans of the organization,and ensuring the long-term development and sustainable operation of the bank.
