With the suggestion proposed by the State Council to promote the development of the modern insurance service industry,and refining of supervision institutions such as the Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission to the specific requirements of the property insurance in the insurance industry,the situation that property insurance companies are combined with the market supply and demand to improve their comprehensive business capabilities,carry out property insurance marketization reform,and increase the degree of integration of property insurance and social needs has become a top priority for property insurance companies to formulate competition strategies.This is also an inevitable choice for the property insurance companies to effectively respond to the economic "new normal" development stage,strengthen transformation of property insurance and structural reform,promote the property insurance companies to rapidly pull through the transition hard period,and adapt to the new requirements of the "supply side" structural reform.This essay uses the comparative analysis method and other research methods to conduct case analysis on the A property insurance company.By interpreting the conceptual categories and theoretical foundations such as the meaning of competitive strategy and differentiated strategy,starting from the specific situation of the A property insurance company,modes such as a PEST model and a Michael Porter's Five Forces model are applied to interpret the macroscopic and microcosmic external environments for competition strategy formulating of the A property insurance company,and through the analysis of the aspects such as financial affairs,marketing capabilities and human resources,the internal competitive environment is summarized.On this basis,through the SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of the company to currently formulate and carry out the competitive strategies are clarified,accordingly,the market competition strategy choice of the A property insurance company is proposed,starting from the aspects of corporate mission orientation and corporate strategic choice,the capacity of the A property insurance company for adapting to market competition is comprehensively improved,and optimum transition and stable development of the company are promoted through the feasible competitive strategies.
