Research For Entrepreneurship Cultivation Of Non-public Economy Individuals

The entrepreneurship cultivation of non-public economy individuals is the objective requirement of China's economic and social development at the present stage,and also the inevitable choice of the progress of the times.The entrepreneurship cultivation of non-public economy individuals has very important meaning for promoting socialist modernization of our country.In October 2017,delivered at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jingping said we will inspire and protect entrepreneurship,and encourage more entities to make innovations and start businesses.We will build an educated,skilled and innovative workforce,foster respect for model workers,promote quality workmanship,and see that taking pride in labor becomes a social norm and seeking excellence is valued as a good work ethic.This is fully recognized for the entrepreneurship,as spiritual strength,and entrepreneur,as a community.And also definitely shows the big effect for the entrepreneurship in the new era.The research for entrepreneurship cultivation of non-public economy individuals adopted comparison and literature research method.First,the research discussed the background and significance of the research,combed the research results at home and abroad,summarized the contents of the research and the innovation.Second,the research confirmed the concept of non-public economy individuals and entrepreneurship,and focused on inquiring theoretical foundation of entrepreneurship.Third,the research discussed the current situation of the entrepreneurship cultivation of non-public economy individuals from the current situation of the non-public economy,the non-public economy individuals,and the missing of entrepreneurship.The research also compared the entrepreneurship between Northeast China Region and Yangtze river delta area.Finally,the research proposed four countermeasures for entrepreneurship cultivation of non-public economy individuals in the new era,they are setting up new idea for private enterprise,creating a social environment conducive to the cultivation of entrepreneurship,construction the new type of close and incorrupt relationship between government officials and private entrepreneurs and establishing and improving relevant mechanism for entrepreneurs.
