Study On The Key Factors Affecting The Growth Of Agricultural Listed Enterprises

China is a big agricultural country and agriculture plays a pivotal role in China.Agricultural industrialization is one of China's important development strategies.At present,most agricultural enterprises are facing the problem of shortage of funds in the process of industrialization,and traditional financing methods are difficult to meet the capital demand due to enterprise growth.Therefore,it is necessary for agricultural company to solve this problem through listing to accept the direct financial support.However,most agricultural listed companies in China have problems such as small scale,poor business performance,and insufficient growth,which affect the scale of financing and hinder the process of agricultural industrialization.China's systematic research on the comprehensive growth of agricultural listed companies is lacking,that is obviously mismatching with the important position of agriculture in China.Therefore,based on the systematic research on the literature reviews,this paper are not only analyzes the characteristics of agricultural industry and agricultural enterprises,but also defines the concept of Chinese agricultural listed companies and the enterprise growth analysis,and deeply analysis the growth of agricultural listed companies.Through the identification and analysis of key internal and external factors affecting its growth,the 26 influencing factors from seven dimensions which including enterprise management capability,corporate financing capability,corporate profitability,business operation capability,government policy role,location advantage and infrastructure,and external market environment.Using questionnaires,interviews,principal component analysis and other methods to explore the key factors affecting the growth of agricultural listed companies.The research results show that the four main factors affecting the growth of China's agricultural listed companies are: corporate management capabilities,corporate financing capabilities,corporate profitability and government policy.Among them,enterprise management ability is the most important influencing factor,including entrepreneurial ability and top management team,and enterprise innovation ability.Agricultural listed enterprises can promote their own growth by strengthening enterprise management,improving capital structure,and integrating industrial supply chain.The government should formulate appropriate subsidy policies in a targeted manner to give certain support to agricultural listed enterprises.
