The China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor is one of the six economic corridors planned by the "One Belt,One Road" initiative. The China-Indochina Economic Corridor began in Kunming,Yunnan and Nanning,Guangxi, eastward to the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, and from Hanoi to Singapore,it relies on international land corridors. With the support of the central cities along the way,it passes through Laos,Cambodia,Thailand,Myanmar,Malaysia and other countries. It is China's gateway to the Indo-China Peninsula and a cross-border economic corridor between China and the major ASEAN countries.Based on the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, this paper expounds the influence mechanism of various influencing factors of the construction and development of transnational corridors on the economic potential of the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, based on the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, and gives the China-Inland Peninsula Transnational Corridor The construction is useful for different aspects of the proposal.First of all, combined with the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Greater Mekong Sub-region Economic Cooperation, the development and status quo of the“Belt and Road”,discussing the impact and pavement of the construction of the Trans-Southern Corridor of the China-Indochina Peninsula, and describing the development status of the Economic Corridor,Then,it reviews China's research on China-Indochina peninsula's transnational corridors, other Regional economies' studies, relevant empirical research, and research on the potential of economic corridors. At the same time, the article explores the development of the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor in terms of economic and trade, the economic and trade exchanges between the Indo-China Peninsula and China, and the impact of the construction of the Central South Peninsula Economic Corridor on the economic potential of China and the Indo-China Peninsula. It also studies and analyzes the factors that influence the economic potential of the construction of the Central South Peninsula at the theoretical level, and at the same time paves the way for empirical research. The economic potential of China and the Indo-China Peninsula is huge. The article analyzes the factors affecting its main economic potential, such as:trade development, foreign direct investment, consumer price index, transportation convenience, labor force,inter-country distance and policy system and rationality,The degree of democracy in the country, etc. In order to measure and evaluate the above factors that may have an impact on economic potential on the economic potential of China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor in the construction of the Central South Peninsula Economic Corridor, the panel data of the relevant factors affecting the 7 countries of the Indo-China Peninsula in 2008-2017 are analyzed using stochastic frontiers. The method is analyzed and a non-efficiency model and a stochastic frontal gravitation model are established.Using the economic aggregates(economic scale)of China and other countries to express common economic potential innovatively, and the results:The stochastic frontier analysis method is applicable to the study of economic potential;some factors can affect the bilateral economic potential;the bilateral economic potential is in an inefficient state;and the non-efficiency term affects the bilateral economy. Finally,on the basis of theoretical and empirical research, this paper proposes relevant suggestions for increasing the economic potential of China-Indochina peninsula's transnational corridors at the government and enterprise levels.
