The Emerging Process And Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurship

In recent years,with the widespread application of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,Mobile Internet,and Artificial Intelligence,a strong wave of entrepreneurship has emerged around the world.Although new ventures such as the“Cambrian explosion”have emerged,large-scale startups have continued to be disappeared,and some researches show that startups have a failure rate of 40%in the first year.Ten years after its establishment,the figure is close to 90%.The success rate of China's entrepreneurial enterprises is far below the world average.In recent years,many entrepreneurs have used“cold winter”to describe the current economic situation and market environment.As market regulation becomes more and more strict,investors are increasingly cautious when they choose to enter the market,and various industries are changing rapidly.Lei Jun?the founder of Xiaomi,once said that“standing in the wind,pigs can fly.”This sentence is regarded as a classic by entrepreneurs.However,in the face of the rapidly changing market environment,this sentence will no longer apply to the current.In such a complex and ever-changing environment,it is more difficult for startups to achieve growth due to their new and weaker nature.As the pilot of startups,How do“entrepreneurial entrepreneurs”respond to the changing market environment and lead the company to success?Therefore,entrepreneurs need stronger personal leadership.This paper proposes"entrepreneurial entrepreneurship"to characterize entrepreneurial leadership and adopts cases study method,selects six startups,make the conducts semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and their entrepreneurial team members,and analyzes the emerging process and mechanism of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship.The research finds that the emergence process of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship is divided into three phases:entrepreneurial action phase,entrepreneurial learning phase,and entrepreneurial demand matching phase.This paper finally get the following conclusions:(1)The first phase of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship emerges is entrepreneurial action.Most entrepreneurial entrepreneurs use the entrepreneurial action to open the path of personal leadership improvement.Entrepreneurial action has two characteristics:resource dependence and trial error logic.(2)Entrepreneurial entrepreneurs enhance entrepreneurial leadership by continuously learning in entrepreneurial actions;(3)“entrepreneurship”is a kind of representation of entrepreneurial leadership.The emergence of entrepreneurship is the result of the interaction between entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and the environment.In the process of entrepreneurial action,entrepreneurs strive to promote the formation of matching points of entrepreneurial needs.Finally,Entrepreneurship has emerged along with good corporate performance.This paper puts forward the concepts of"entrepreneurship"and"entrepreneurial demand match",and constructs the emerging model of entrepreneurial entrepreneurship based on the theory of effect reasoning,explains the emergence mechanism of entrepreneurship,and provides a reference path for entrepreneurs to develop and self-grow in the entrepreneurial process.This paper fully emphasizes the uniqueness of entrepreneurial context.From dynamic,process,and time series perspective,this paper studies the related issues of entrepreneurial leadership and deepens the research on entrepreneurial entrepreneurship.At the same time,the emerging process model of entrepreneurship also enriches the related research of entrepreneurship.
