Research On The Problem Of Agriculture-related Loans Of Y Bank Xin Xiang Branch

Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are major issues bearing on the national economy and people's livelihood.As an important link of rural finance,agriculture-related loan is an important source of rural development funds.In recent years,the total amount of agriculture-related loans in China has increased steadily year by year,and the effect of supporting agriculture is obvious.However,due to the particularity of agriculture,agriculture-related loan business itself has the characteristics of high risk and so on.As an important force for the development of rural finance in Xin Xiang city,Xin Xiang branch of bank Y has been constantly increasing the scale of agribusiness loans in recent years.Meanwhile,there are also some problems in the development and management of agribusiness loans.Based on this,this paper takes Xin Xiang branch of bank Y as the research object to study the problems of its agriculture-related loan business.This paper uses literature research,field research,questionnaire survey and descriptive statistical analysis.To understand the current situation and development trend of agriculture-related loan business of commercial Banks,it is necessary to consult books,literature and national statistical data and other Internet information about agriculture-related loan business.Through the field investigation of the Xin Xiang branch of bank Y and some local village committees,the obtained data and data are analyzed,sorted out and evaluated.Then,combined with the current relevant system,balance,quality and risk management of agriculture-related loan business of bank Y Xin Xiang branch,the problems existing in agriculture-related loan business of bank Y Xin Xiang branch were summarized from three aspects of service,product and risk management of agriculture-related loan business of bank Y Xin Xiang branch.Due to information asymmetry,unsound credit team construction,product design and overall lack of innovation in the whole process management of agribusiness loans,Y bank Xin Xiang branch has problems in the service of agribusiness loans,such as insufficient statistical research and publicity,unprofessional work of customer manager,and too long application and application cycle.There are serious problems in product design and homogenization in the same industry,which cannot meet diversified market demands.There are some problems in risk management,such as imperfect risk management before loan,low risk management level after loan,unbalanced proportion of credit structure and unreasonable loan guarantee system.Through research,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions.Y bank Xin Xiang branch can improve the service level of Y bank Xin Xiang branch by strengthening statistical research and publicity,deepening credit team construction,improving loan process design,attaching importance to the application of advanced technical means and increasing the number of rural service institutions.The innovation of agricultural loan products should be strengthened from the aspects of fully tapping customers' loan demand,strengthening regional pertinence of products,enriching repayment methods and building flexible interest rate system.Before from perfecting the credit risk management,improve the guarantee system of credit risk management level,after innovative aspects of strengthening the management of agricultural loan business risk and also through can promote the rural credit system construction,expand cooperation way with a third party,improve the utilization efficiency of big data technology,strengthen the research of policy and to use such aspects as promoting Y bank Xin Xiang branch agricultural loan development.
