Study On The Effectiveness Of Fusion Of External Professional Manager Into Enterprise

With the continuous development of economic globalization,enterprise competition has become more intense,more and more enterprises choose to invite professional managers(middle managers)to be responsible for the daily operation and management of enterprises.However,due to the problems existing in the process of enterprise management and the problems existing in the senior executives and professional managers themselves,which aggravates the uncertainty of the environment in which professional managers live,it is very difficult for professional managers to completely fusion into the enterprises.Under such circumstance,this leads to the research topic of the thesis.Based on embedded single case study as the main research method,by introduce three quality managers through the target case for comparative demonstration.The key factors of effectiveness of fusion of professional manager into enterprise are obtained from combining data with eases,namely professional managers attach equal importance to technical skills and political skills,support of senior executive to professional manager,the standardized management of enterprise.Based on the key factors,a theoretical model of effectiveness of fusion of professional manager into enterprise is constructed.The research results of this paper provide relevant suggestions for enterprise practice:professional managers should atta'ch equal importance to technical skills and political skills,actively obtain support from senior executive and promote the standardized management of enterprises so as to obtain high performance,executive support and team trust;senior executives should attach importance to the support for professional managers,to give full trust and cultivation in order to avoid excessive performance;senior executives should lead and promote standardized management of enterprise so as to reduce the negative impact of system factors on professional managers.Only when both sides achieve "fusion" in the real sense,can they achieve win to win".
