Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Medical Enterprises

Medical industry is recognized as one of the most promising international high-tech emerging technology industries and one of the fastest growing sunrise industries in China's current trade.But the whole market in China is slanting,the sales of medical devices is only one third of the sales amount of medical devices,which also gives the market of medical devices in China a wide development space.Looking at the products made in China,the independent products are relatively few.Most of them are imitation and middle and low-end products.The innovation is not enough and the homogenization is serious,so they don't have the advantage in the competition.Under the background of the rapid development of medical industry,there are more and more competitive pressures among medical device enterprises.Performance evaluation is an important method to establish the restriction and incentive mechanism,while financial performance evaluation is the refinement of enterprise performance evaluation.Financial performance evaluation is closely related to the interests of the enterprise,and is the basis of measuring business performance,improving business management and formulating business strategy within the company.Therefore,this paper takes Lepu Medical as an example to evaluate its performance with the help of the tool of financial performance evaluation,Evaluate its advantages and disadvantages in performance evaluation,analyze and evaluate the medical profession,and provide suggestions for business management based on the evaluation results and analysis,in order to promote the healthy development of medical enterprises.Based on the analysis and review of previous theories and researches,this paper constructs a financial performance evaluation index system,which includes four dimensions:solvency,profitability,operational capability and growth ability.The ratio analysis method is used to analyze the financial performance of Lepu Medical Service vertically.At the same time,TOPSIS method was chosen as a comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the performance of Lepu Medical Service and other enterprises in the medical industry laterally,This paper selects 10 representative listed medical enterprises to evaluate their financialperformance,compares them with Lepu Medical Service,analyzes their financial performance level,finds their advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward some suggestions accordingly.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the research background and significance,combs the domestic and international research results of performance evaluation,and puts forward the research idea,content and framework of this paper.The second part expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the performance evaluation,summarizes the performance evaluation,defines the concept of financial performance evaluation,and introduces the method of constructing the financial performance evaluation model.The third part briefly expounds the development background of Lepu,the development situation of medical industry in recent years,the problems and the financial performance of medical enterprises,and constructs the financial performance evaluation index system.The fourth part selects the financial indicators data of Lepu Medical 2013-2017 for vertical analysis,On this basis,10 representative enterprises of the same industry refer to their financial indicators for 2015-2017,Combined with the TOPSIS method,TOPSIS was used to evaluate and rank the four dimensions and comprehensive performance evaluation,and the advantages and disadvantages of Lepu were analyzed.In the fifth part,on the basis of the financial performance evaluation of Le Pu medical treatment,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the financial performance of Lepu medical service.The sixth part summarizes the whole paper and points out the shortage of the research and the prospect of the future.
