Land is the basis for the survival of mankind,providing a variety of production and living materials,but also human production and living places.In recent years,with China's urbanization,the rapid development of industrialization,more and more demand for industrial land.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,economic development,social development and land intensive use needs to be unified.On the basis of understanding the connotation of the theory of land intensive use,location theory and diminishing returns to scale,this paper summarizes the theory of sustainable development,the theory of regional industrial gradient,the intensive use of industrial land and so on.Level comprehensive index model,Empowerment of indicators through Delphi method,etc.,on theTaoHua Industrial Park,the status of intensive use of land for scientific analysis of the summary.Using the SWOT analysis method commonly used in economics,this paper analyzes the status quo of TaoHua Industrial Park,finds out the advantages and disadvantages,and summarizes the current opportunities and threats.Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,methods refernce in some cities at china and abroad in the process of development of industrial land intensive measures.this paper summarizes the current situation of the park land,puts forward the countermeasures of intensive land use in TaoHua Industrial Park,further improves the land market mechanism,encourages the development of new industry,excavates the memory and improves the land management level.While promoting the intensive use of industrial land in the park at the same time,to promote the optimization and upgrading of production capacity,social and economic sustainable development,to achieve economic development and cultural environment of harmony and unity.
