The Mechanism And Effect Of Land Marketization Reform On Sustainable And Intensive Land Use

With the rapid development of economy,many problems of shortage of urban land resources become more serious,which not only put forward new challenges to reform of land market,but also put forward higher requirements for sustainable use of land and resources.Therefore,how to rationally allocate land resources,optimize the land structure,improve land use efficiency,effectively alleviate the contradiction between people and land,has a positive effect on building a sustainable development society.At first,this paper briefly introduces the background,research contents and basic concepts,the structure of the paper,the research methods and the data sources of the research questions,and then reviews the domestic and foreign research trends on the land market reform,the sustainable land use and the illegal land.A summary of these results has been summarized.Secondly,employed to analyze the relationship between land marketization reform and land sustainable and intensive use in the views of the interference of land illegal phenomenon to land market order,and empirical test the influence of land market reform to use of land intensive and regional differences based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2006 to 2014,testing the relationship between the three and its regional differences through Eviews6.0.The study found that:(1)the land marketization reform has promoted the level of land sustainable and intensive use to some extent,and this effect is most prominent in the eastern region.As the stage of land market development of China is still in the improvement and the unbalance land market development between regions,there are still much improvement space from the level of land sustainable and intensive use;(2)the direct impact of the land marketization reform on the sustainable and intensive use of land is weakened after the introduction of land lawbreaking variables;(3)In addition to the western region,land lawbreaking has a significant negative impact on the sustainable and intensive use of land.The regression coefficient of cross item of land lawbreaking and land marketization reform is positive,which indicates that land marketization reform has a positive effect on the sustainable and intensive use of land by reducing land lawbreaking.This paper argues that our country should further deepen the reform of land market,the establishment of land supervision and management system of the whole process of innovation;improving the land turnover efficiency;the implementation of sub regional management countermeasures poor dissimilation.
