With the rapid development of Internet finance,the implementation of financial disintermediation and the rise of financial technology enterprises,the number of public and private customers of traditional commercial banks has declined dramatically,which has caused a subversive impact on the business of commercial banks' companies.As a result,the ability of traditional banks to absorb and store deposits has been declining,and the deposit space has been squeezed continuously,especially for rural merchants whose main profit source is traditional deposit and loan business.For industrial banks,it is worse.The living environment of rural commercial banks is becoming more and more severe,and they are facing more and more pressure of performance.Compared with the traditional banks,the management system and organizational governance structure of rural commercial banks are not perfect,the wind control system is not perfect enough,and most of the income sources are traditional businesses.These problems pose great challenges and pressures on the sustainable development of agricultural commercial banks.If rural commercial banks still adhere to traditional business,do not carry out strategic transformation and product service innovation,they will inevitably lag behind or even be eliminated by the market in the future financial market competition.Under this situation,it is necessary for YT rural commercial banks to promote strategic transformation.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper puts forward a set of reasonable suggestions that can promote the successful strategic transformation of YT rural commercial banks,and puts forward corresponding measures to implement safeguards,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of YT rural commercial banks.This paper mainly completes the following work.(1)Taking YT rural commercial bank as the research object,this paper makes a detailed and in-depth discussion on the purpose and significance of the strategic transformation of YT rural commercial bank.By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the research status of bank transformation at home and abroad,points out the direction of this study,provides a clear research framework,and puts forward research methods and technical routes.At the same time,it outlines the theoretical context of strategic management,elaborates the evolution and development status of YT rural commercial bank business.(2)Summarize the development of YT rural commercial bank,summarize and analyze the current unsustainable situation and main problems of its business development.Using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,this paper analyzed the strategic transformation and development environment of YT Agricultural and Commercial Bank,and formed the SWOT strategic optimization matrix.(3)Based on the SWOT analysis results,this paper summarizes the rationalization suggestions to promote the success of the overall strategic transformation of YT rural commercial banks from the aspects of business operation,marketing mode and Public-To-Private business.At the organizational level,management level and technical level,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the success of the strategic transformation of YT Agricultural and Commercial Bank and promote its sustainable development.
