As the most dynamic group in the Chinese economy,a large number of small and micro enterprises play an important part of the national economy.They have made important contributions to promoting economic,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,increasing employment rates,and stabilizing social harmony.Small and micro enterprises have developed rapidly,and the micro credit market has shown a good momentum of development.Many commercial banks have expanded their small and micro credit scales,responding to national policies and development,and actively exploring.The small micro credit letter model effectively creates loans for small and micro enterprises and improves service quality.On the one hand,local commercial banks need their own business development,and on the other hand,in order to promote the local real economy,it is quite effective to carry out small and micro credit business.As a large state-owned commercial bank,ICBC has seized market opportunities and actively carried out strategic transformation.It has always worked with small and micro enterprises to make progress together,and initially formed a micro-financial development model with the characteristics of ICBC.However,due to the difficulty in launching small and micro enterprise credit business,which varies from enterprise to enterprise,ICBC encourages the whole to enter the professional market,penetrate the park,develop characteristic sub-branches,and establish an inclusive financial ecosystem.Based on this,this paper takes the small and micro credit business of Hefei science and technology sub-branch of ICBC as the research object,through in-depth analysis of small and micro credit business of Hefei science and technology sub-branch of ICBC,combined with domestic and foreign experience,existing problems were found and relevant improvement Suggestions were put forward.In view of this,this paper conducts research on the example of Hefei science and technology sub-branch of ICBC,and describes the basic situation of small and micro credit business scale,main products and processes of it,and conducts specific case studies on the micro-credit business of it.Through this case analysis,it is found that the state's policy support for small and micro enterprises is increasing and the demand for small and micro credits in the park is growing.It provides favorable external conditions for Hefei science and technology sub-branch;Its own customer resources,providing small and micro enterprises with lower credit prices,high-quality product portfolio,and higher approval efficiency,provide favorable internal factors for Hefei Science and Technology Sub-branch to carry out small and micro credit business.Four domestic and foreign commercial banks were selected to analyze the micro-credit business model,and the experience was summarized from the perspectives of subdividing the micro-credit market,optimizing online products,strengthening the interaction between banks and enterprises,and enriching marketing strategies.Through comparison,combined with the actual situation,summed up the problems of it in the internal management of small micro-credit,linkage external awareness,small micro-credit products and business marketing.Based on the problems in the research,Hefei Science and Technology Sub-branch should improve its micro-credit business from the following four aspects:First,improve the internal management system of micro-credit,establish a micro-credit center,increase offline training,and improve small and micro Credit assessment management mechanism to improve the efficiency of small and micro credit business processing;Second,strengthen cooperation with external parties,deepen communication and communication with governments,institutions and enterprises to achieve mutual benefit and win-win;Third,build a mufti-dimensional micro-credit product system,Innovate small and micro credit products according to the micro-credit demand in the park,optimize the original products,and make small credits on the live line better meet the credit needs of enterprises.Fourth,improve the marketing system of small and micro credit business,and strengthen the foundation of brand promotion.In the above,the marketing model of cross-cutting,batching and differentiation is implemented for the characteristics of the park.
