With the continuous development of information technology and the change of competition environment in banking industry,foreign banking industry has begun the wave of "bank reengineering",and business process reengineering is the core content of this "bank reengineering" reform.Business process reengineering(BPR)breaks the traditional operation and management mode of banking industry.It combines image information transmission,workflow management and control,organizational division of labor and structure,realizes the separation of the front and back of banking business processing,makes the front more focused on customer service quality,and the back more focused on business compliance processing,thus forming a new centralized operation mode.The European and American banking industry took the lead in opening this reform and achieved remarkable results,then spread rapidly.Foreign well-known banks such as HSBC,Standard Chartered Bank,Citibank and Bank of America have established background processing centers all over the world,introduced strategic outsourcing strategy,unified operating standards and control operational risks,while the quality of customer service has been significantly improved.Business performance has been significantly improved.With the rise of "bank reengineering" in foreign countries,China's banking industry has been involved in business process reengineering since the beginning of the 21st century.Minsheng Bank,Industrial and Commercial Bank,Agricultural Bank,Bank of China,Construction Bank and China Merchants Bank have established background operation processing centers successively,which have realized the centralized operation of so:me businesses.H Bank has also introduced centralized operation mode since 201 1,which has opened the centralized operation of accounting business.At the beginning of operation,centralized operation mode has achieved some results in improving efficiency,saving costs and controlling risks.However,from the perspective of the development after implementation,there are still some problems in process design,operation efficiency,operation quality and operation scope.This is not only a problem of H Bank,but also a common problem of commercial banks in China.Rough centralized operation mode quotation and simple repetitive business process reengineering are common problems of Chinese commercial banks after introducing centralized operation mode.Under the above research background and significance,this paper firstly elaborates and analyses the related theories of operation management,centralized operation and process optimization,deeply analyses the current situation of centralized operation process of H Bank,finds out the existing problems and causes of its existing process,and puts forward the scheme and suggestions of process optimization through the guidance of theory for specific reasons.It is hoped that through the implementation of process optimization scheme,H Bank will achieve the goal of improving customer satisfaction,speeding up operation efficiency,improving operation quality and expanding business scope,and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of H Bank.Then it provides solutions to similar problems in the reform of operation and management mode of commercial banks in China,and helps domestic commercial banks to find out a set of centralized operation business processes that suit their own operation characteristics and meet the needs of domestic customers'financial services.
