Innovation is a core competitiveness of an enterprise.It is also a magic weapon for the long-term survival and development of the enterprise.Individual innovation is the main body of enterprise innovation,which influences the innovation performance of the whole enterprise.It is an important topic how to effectively promote the employee innovation behavior for scholars and enterprise managers tube.Scholars hope to find ways to improve enterprise innovation through the analysis of employee's innovative behavior.Thus enterprise can gain more space in the market.Scholars believe that employee innovation behavior is essential to enterprise.Their research also shows that many factors that can affect the employee's innovative behavior in the domestic and foreign.Among them,based on individual employees,leadership style inevitably is one of the important factors on affecting employee's innovation behavior,especially paying more attention to the psychological and behavioral transformational leadership.At present,although there is research on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovation behavior,but the research on the mechanism of action is not deep enough.From the perspective of employee's psychological cognitive system,the main purpose of the paper is to further explore the mechanism of transformational leadership on employee innovative behavior.At the same time,two important variables are introduced in this paper: psychological empowerment and organizational innovation climate,in order to explore their role.First,the paper put forward a series of theoretical hypotheses by combing the literature at home and abroad.Secondly,it uses SPSS20.0 and AMOS17.0 to verify the theoretical assumptions with the collation and analysis of 376 valid questionnaires.Finally,it gives the inspiration of management practice.The conclusions of the paper include the following points:(1)transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee innovative behavior and employees' psychological empowerment;(2)psychological empowerment is conducive to stimulate employees innovative behavior;(3)psychological empowerment mediates the positive impact of transformational leadership on employee innovative behavior;(4)organizational innovation atmosphere plays a moderating role between the two variables.(5)organizational innovation atmosphere regulates psychological empowerment that mediates the above relationship.It is higher on organizational innovation atmosphere,the mediating effect of psychological empowerment stronger on the relationship transformationalleadership and employee innovative behavior.
