The innovative behavior of employees within an enterprise directly determines the innovative ability of the enterprise.Innovative ability plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise.From the relevant research of transformational leadership,transformational leadership can effectively improve the innovative behavior of employees,thus promoting the overall innovative ability of the enterprise and The competitiveness of enterprises.At present,many domestic scholars begin to study the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' innovative behavior,but most of the current studies remain at the macro level,and the conclusions are quite different,and the practical application effect is not obvious.From the relevant research literature,we know that the innovation ability of enterprises mainly depends on the innovative behavior of employees,and the innovative behavior of employees has multiple influencing factors,including leadership and team.This paper will study the innovation ability of enterprises at the leadership and team levels to find out.The impact of the two factors on the innovation ability of enterprises and the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' innovation behavior are also found.This paper will analyze the relationship among transformational leadership,two-dimensional identity and employee's innovative behavior on the basis of numerous literature studies.Firstly,relevant theories will be studied,and the theoretical models of transformational leadership,two-dimensional identity and enterprise's innovative ability will be constructed by using relevant theories together.Then,the theoretical models of transformational leadership,two-dimensional identity and enterprise's innovative ability will be put forward.Based on the hypothesis of transformational leadership,leadership identity,team identity and employee innovation behavior,the measurement results of relevant variables are obtained through questionnaire survey.Through the empirical test of 350 valid sample data of questionnaires,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.Employee creativity and employee gender,education,public service.There is no significant difference between the variables such as division size,but there are significant differences between the length of service and the nature of the company.2.Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employees' innovative behavior,which is more significant in innovative enterprises.The influencing factors of transformational leadership on enterprise innovation ability are as follows: leadership charm,individualized care,vision incentive and moral exemplary.Leadership care is the most important influencing factor of transformational leadership on enterprise innovation ability.3.Organizational cognition,emotional attribution and autonomous behavior have certain mediating effects between moral behavior and enterprise innovation ability;Organizational cognition,positive evaluation,emotional attribution and autonomous behavior have certain mediating effects between leadership charm and enterprise innovation ability;Two-dimensional identity is between transformational leadership and enterprise innovation ability.There is a certain mediating effect in the relationship between them.
