Research On Employee Stock Ownership Plan Of Yili Group Co.,Ltd

Employee Stock Ownership Plan(ESOP)has experienced many setbacks in China's development process.After several calls,ESOP has returned to people's vision in recent years,and formally appeared in a series of documents issued by the government.Especially after the promulgation of "Guidelines on the pilot implementation of ESOP by listed companies" in 2014,many enterprises have begun to implement ESOP.According to the previous implementation situation,the implementation effect is different.Some enterprises have achieved the expected goals and achieved good results,while others have on the contrary,and even caused a certain degree of losses.Compared with Western countries,China's employee stock ownership started late,and less research,more and more employee stock ownership implementation needs more theory and experience summary to guide.This paper combs the relevant domestic and foreign research theories about ESOP,the implementation process of ESOP in China and the existing problems,and chooses Yili Group,which has been carrying out ESOP for a long time,as the main research object,to analyze the motivation of implementing ESOP in Yili,and to prove the similarity between ESOP and enterprise financial performance by empirical analysis.Relevance,then compares the employee stock ownership plan of Yili Group with the bright dairy industry that did not implement the plan,and draws the conclusion that the employee stock ownership plan of Yili Group has indeed brought certain positive influence to Yili Group.Combined with the analysis of the content of employee stock ownership of Yili Group,this paper summarizes the existing practices and possible shortcomings,and finally draws the conclusion for other enterprises.Enlightenment and Reflection on the implementation of employee stock ownership in enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to provide some references for the study of ESOP in China,and to provide some guidance and reference for the implementation of ESOP in enterprises.
