Study Of Logistics Information System Constructure Of Yili Group

With the coming of the age of global economy and E-commerce, as "the third benefit source", logistics management is playing a more and more important role in the development of a company. High efective logistics is coordinated with the support of the information, so developing the modern logistics becomes the vital choice of a company.Firstly this paper analyzes the current situation of management in the Yili group and analyzes the internal and external enviroment with the SWOT tool. The system successful application helps the YiLi Group promote the management efficiency, strengthen the channel real-time management of the sale, the logistics, complete the transformation from the traditional control to the information system control.
