Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.is an important urban rail vehicle industry company in China.Over the years,the company has been committed to the development and innovation of related technologies,and has made a series of important contributions to the development and innovation of China's rail passenger car industry.In the process of company technology introduction and enterprise innovation,the core competitiveness of Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.was achieved,and the cause of China's railway passenger car was also achieved.In the international market,Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.has successfully expanded the rail transit vehicle market in many developed and developing countries by its technology and management advantages.Many countries and regions are using products of Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.From birth to the present,Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.has become one of the world's leading rail transit vehicle industries.It has important significance for the development of the rail transit vehicle industry in China and the world,and has realized a series of Innovation and achievement.This paper takes Changchun Bombardier Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and makes relevant research on the selection and implementation of its development strategy.First of all,it is an introduction of research on aspects of the background,the significance,the methods and the contents of the company.This paper summarizes the research status of China's track on Changchun and the development strategy of Changchun track enterprise,and explains the theory and method applied in this paper,namely,strategic management theory and SWOT analysis method.Secondly,the internal and external environment of the development strategy of the company was analyzed.Based on the introduction of the development status of Changchun Bombardier Orbital Corporation,the external environment faced by the company was described from four aspects: Politics aspect,Economy aspect,Society aspect and Technology aspect.The internal environment faced by the company is studied from the aspects of internal business,internal resources,competitors and market environment.In addition,this paper deeply understands and analysis the company in the current development environment through SWOT analysis.Including a series of risks,opportunities,advantages and disadvantages of the company itself in the market competition;again,it is the discussion of the implementation on the company development strategy,from the development of urban rail transit vehicle industry at home and abroad.Based on the objectives and principles of the strategic planning of the company,on the basis of this,the company's specific development strategy has been determined.Cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy should be implemented to provide low-cost products to users at low unit cost,and strive to be widely used by customers.Some aspects of importance are unique in the industry and give them a unique position to meet the requirements of customers.This is implemented from perspectives as: cost management,market development,and product research.Finally,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy is proposed,mainly include organizational guarantee,technical support,talent guarantee,product quality assurance and information management guarantee.
