The core competitiveness of securities industry companies is fundamentally the competition of professionals.Corporate training,as the most important way to invest in human capital,builds employee knowledge,skills,and awareness to improve employee performance and ability levels,thereby helping companies meet various internal and external challenges and promote the achievement of corporate business strategic goals.However,due to the lack of staff training experience and basic theoretical knowledge,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises tend to work harder to achieve the desired results,but hinder their rapid development.This paper takes company A as an example to study how to train professional professionals so as to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of the company in the long term.Company A’s management team has experienced rapid changes in external environment,serious homogeneity among securities firms,and an endless stream of securities business innovations.The pressure on the company’s operating performance is increasing.The company will begin to increase the professional skills of its employees and reserve the company’s innovative business and technical talents as corporate human resources.One of the medium and long-term strategic objectives of management was formally proposed.However,company A’s current training and development system has many problems in achieving this strategic goal and cannot fully meet the company’s strategic needs.Therefore,Company A is in urgent need of improving its training and development system,complete the training of every link,and make it scientific and effective.Combining with the actual situation of company A,training status and company’s business strategy goals,this article based on the relevant training theory to find out the problems and roots of company A’s training and development of professional personnel,put forward a feasible training and optimization scheme for the training and development of professional talents of company A.The training optimization program proposed in this paper uses the ADDIE model as the overall framework of the training optimization program,and uses the performance pyramid model to establish a systematic overall perspective for training needs analysis.This paper uses the SAM2 continuous iterative model to provide rapid development and rapid response to changes in training design and training implementation.The training is evaluated and presented using by the Kirkpatrick Four Level Evaluation Model.Finally,this paper applies the training support system and establishes training implementation safeguard measures so that the training can really protect the company’s strategic goals.It shows the true value and significance of the training.It also provides reference for the training of other similar companies.
