In the business environment, there are many uncertainties in the market.Different decision-makers have different attitudes towards uncertain environments, and have different decision-making behaviors. The attitude of decision makers in the face of uncertainty will affect the formulation of production and inventory plans. Therefore, the influence of uncertain attitudes of decision makers on the behavior of decision makers has important theoretical and practical significance for inventory management.Based on the research of individual differences and decision-making bias in decision-making,this paper uses the laboratory experiment method to design the uncertainty attitude measurement experiment to conduct research.Based on the Ellsberg paradox two-color ball experiment and introducing matching probability,an uncertainty attitude measurement experiment was designed.Based on the newsboy model, the inventory decision simulation experiment is designed.According to the definition of decision-making,the investigation of decision-making behavior is divided into two parts, the data analysis stage of collecting information and the order decisionmaking stage of processing information.Defining the behavioral characteristics of newsboy's decision-making,and analyzing the influence of decision-makers' attitudes toward uncertain environments on various decision-making stages. The results of preexperimental analysis of uncertainty attitude measurement indicate that the uncertainty attitude is affected by the annual income. Therefore,in the formal experiment, the social sample with income and the sample experiment with no income students were selected.Through the analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions are obtained:1)Uncertain attitude is affected by individual differences.Decision makers with higher annual income tend to be more evasive, but the degree of uncertainty is lower than that of non-income decision makers.2)Uncertainty attitudes Decision-makers who tend to evade will be willing to spend more time in decision-making and spend more time collecting information and dealing with problems.Conversely,decision-makers with uncertain attitudes are more decisive in making decisions and spend less time collecting information and making decisions.3)The decision-makers whose uncertainty attitudes are biased towards avoidance are less affected by environmental changes during decision-making,and the volatility of ordering is smaller when ordering decisions. On the contrary, the decision-makers pursued by uncertainty attitudes are greatly affected by environmental changes, and they will chase the previous demand when making order decisions. The research results of the thesis enrich the research content of the uncertainty theory, and the research results can make a better theoretical explanation for people's inventory decision-making behavior under the uncertain environment.
