The development and progress of modern agriculture promotes the innovation and optimization of the agricultural industry's production structure.In the face of new market environment changes,strategic planning is an important guide to protect the company's adaptation to environmental changes and long-term development.Strategic management research is also the focus of enterprise management.Heavily,how to formulate and implement the company's development strategy under the new situation is an important issue related to how the company can guarantee its competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development in the competition.Chengqi Modern Agriculture Development Company is a subsidiary of Chengqi Industrial Group,a comprehensive entity-based private office.This paper uses modern enterprise strategic management related theory and analysis tools to propose a strategic level solution to the problems encountered by Modern Agricultural Development Company,and develop and effectively implement the business development strategy that helps the company overcome difficulties.This not only provides theoretical support for agricultural companies to pursue sustainable development in response to complex environmental changes,but also has practical feasibility.First of all,this paper describes the research background,research significance,research status and research content and methods,and introduces the modern agriculture and strategic management theory and main analysis methods.Secondly,analyze the internal and external environment of Modern Agriculture Development Company,determine the advantages and disadvantages of the company's development,use the PEST analysis model to analyze the macro environment in which Hyundai Agricultural Development Company is located,and use the Porter Five Force Competition Model to analyze modern agricultural production.The competitive landscape of the industry prepares to grasp the opportunities and threats of the external environment and industry development,and through the field questionnaires to explore the supplementary conditions of thecompany's problem finding reasons,and provide sufficient basis for the follow-up company SWOT analysis.Finally,the SWOT analysis of qualitative and quantitative combination is used to determine the strategic positioning of the company,to build a strategic system for the company's development,to grasp the development direction,to formulate corresponding strategic implementation safeguard measures with the strategic system as the core,and to enhance the implementation of the development strategy through internal adjustment and system optimization.The resource utilization rate and personnel enthusiasm promote the company's innovation and exploration,improve its core competitiveness and realize the long-term development of the company.According to the results of qualitative and quantitative SWOT analysis of modern agricultural companies,determine the strategic positioning of the company's aggressive reversal strategy,and propose strategic goals and plans according to the company's vision,build the company's development strategy system,and develop safeguard measures.Solving the problems and dilemmas faced by Modern Agricultural Development Company has a guiding role,as well as the upgrading and development of the entire agricultural industrial structure,and has reference significance for the development of other agricultural companies.
