Study On The Choice Of Alternative Industries Of Jixi City In Heilongjiang Province

As a coal resource-based city in Jixi City,Heilongjiang Province,after experiencing the prosperity of the coal industry,it has entered the later stage of the development of the coal industry.The overcapacity of coal resources,the destruction of the ecological environment,and the massive outflow of the population have made Jixi City Need to find new connecting industries to support the development of the city.Developing the connecting industry is the only way for the transformation and development of Jixi City.This paper summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on coal resource-based urban connecting industries,and clarifies that coal-based resource-based cities generally have problems of insufficient transformational power,serious ecological damage,and difficult industrial selection.Based on the actual situation of Jixi City,the current industrial structure status is analyzed.Through the analysis of the proportion of coal industry in Jixi City,the industrial chain extension of coal industry and the upgrading of industrial structure,it is found that Jixi City relies on coal resources in the process of transformation and development.Still very high.By analyzing the current industrial structure of Jixi City,it is found that Jixi City's industrial structure that reduces the proportion of the secondary industry will lead to a slowdown in economic growth.Through the analysis of the population structure of Jixi City,it is found that the sustainable development of the tertiary industry in Jixi City has hidden dangers such as insufficient demand,slow structural optimization and the formation of leading industries.Through comprehensive research on the graphite industry,it is found that the development prospect of the graphite industry in the high-end materials market such as anti-corrosion coatings and super-hard materials is huge,but there are still hidden dangers such as the graphene market becoming saturated and the ecological environment is destroyed.It is feasible to develop green food,bio-medicine,eco-tourism and other connected industries,but there are still problems such as insufficient processing,insufficient production capacity,and insufficient market development.Finally,it draws conclusions and proposes to extend the coal industry chain,improve the production technology of high-end graphite materials,seize the topof the graphite industry value chain,cultivate and build leading industries,promote the construction of standardized green food industry production bases,create local brands,and cultivate green food industries.We will strengthen the main body,build a diversified financing financing development platform,strengthen joint deep cooperation with surrounding cities,coordinate resource integration,extend space-time layout,promote scenic area management,and strengthen standard construction.
