| In recent years,with the rapid development of the mobile Internet,the mobile game market has grown stronger and the market competition has become more intense.The knowledge-based and innovative mobile game projects are different from traditional construction and industrial projects.The most notable feature is the high uncertainty of demand.In addition,China’s protection of innovative intellectual property rights is still not perfect,resulting in market homogeneity.The phenomenon of seriousness has brought more serious challenges to mobile game companies.Therefore,to create a project management mode suitable for mobile games,to better improve research and development efficiency,reduce costs and risks,has a very important practical significance for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper firstly sorts out the strategic direction of Y company and the problems existing in the original management model.Based on the project management mode theory,it selects the scope management,time management,risk management and human resources that need to be solved most from the nine knowledge fields of the project management.Management,designed a project management mode suitable for Y company.On the basis of this,a successful project of Y Company is taken as an example,and the above four knowledge areas are carried out throughout the product cycle of project establishment,planning,production and on-line operation.This research provides reference and suggestions for the construction of the project management mode in the mobile game industry,stimulates the discussion and sharing of practitioners,and enhances the project management awareness of mobile game practitioners,thus making successful products in line with corporate strategic planning. |
