Research On The O2O Products Design Of Overseas Renting Under The Internet Economy

In recent years,there is an unprecedented trend in of studying abroad for Chinese students.With the improvement of people's living standard and the increasing emphasis on education,more and more parents are willing to send their children abroad to receive a high-quality education.With the rapid growth of the number of overseas Chinese students,international students are becoming younger and more group oriented,which also makes more parents tend to choose safe and reliable high-priced housing.However,the problem of renting a house during the period of studying abroad has become a thorny problem for many overseas students.If people want to find overseas houses in China,they may need to pay a deposit in advance;Online housing information good and bad,people do not know whether is reliable;Housing quality is different,people could not go to the local area and check the house.Faced with the unfamiliar environment and the safety of overseas rental housing,the field of overseas rental housing has begun to receive more and more attention from enterprises and the public.Under the background of the trend of overseas study and the Internet economy,this paper takes the overseas students' renting platform as the design subject,analyzing the actual demands of students or public servants who need to live overseas for a long time,and studying and discussing their spiritual needs.To summarize and sort out the main problems to be solved,analyze the existing 020 business models cases,apply the concept of personalized design,combine theory with practice,establish a general 020 model user search,browsing process,build a barrier-free communication platform between suppliers and consumers.Analysis the current market trends at the same time,the analysis of user experience,standing in the user's point of view,from the appearance,function,and use of experience,to improve the user experience of existing products,research a mobile application that can immediately be helping students solving the housing problems,provide valuable references for the future product design on a similar Internet platform.In the link of design research practice,the conclusion and user-demanded of the research process are summarized,designing an Internet overseas rental product which the main user group are overseas students,to satisfy the needs of convenient,safe and pleasant use demand of overseas students for renting houses during their study abroad in a diversified way.
